Perdida Canales Iris 2200 UHD

Buenas,

Se han codificado bastantes canales de la lista del Iris 2200 UHD, entre ellos el canal de DAZN LaLiga, Podeis pasar una lista actualizada, ya que la ultima que esta disponible para descargar no soluciona el problema.

A mi me pasa algo parecido. Cuando enciendo el deco se suelen ver los canales de fútbol, pero al cabo de un rato se congela la imagen y ya no vuelve. Apago y enciendo el deco, se vuelven a ver (esta vez unos pocos minutos) y se vuelve a congelar. Estoy actualizado a lo último en firmware y lista de canales.

¿Sabéis si existe alguna solución?

He restaurado los valores de fábrica desde el menú "Sistema" del propio deco. Tras ello he vuelto a actualizar el firmware y la lista de canales, pero lamentablemente sigo con el mismo problema:

Enciendo el deco y se ven los canales durante 20 minutos hasta que se corta, se va la imagen y ya no vuelve (entro en el menú oculto de goodcam con 6666 y la conexión es satisfactoria). Apago el deco, lo desenchufo durante 5 minutos y cuando lo vuelvo a encender se vuelve a ver durante 10-15 minutos hasta que vuelve a pasar lo mismo.

Hay alguien más con este problema? Se os ocurre alguna otra solución?
